Tri-certified Dr. Paul Gregory Hayes currently practices as a Vascular Surgeon with Swedish Medical Center, where he holds expertise in Aortic Aneurysm, Carotid Disease, and Peripheral Arterial Disease.

Dr. Hayes graduated with his Medical Degree from the McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada in 1982, giving him over three decades of experience in his field. After obtaining his medical degree he completed his General Surgery residency and Vascular Surgery Fellowship from the University of Toronto. Furthering his training he completed his Critical Care Medicine Fellowship from the University of Maryland.

Dr. Hayes is tri-certified in Surgical Critical Care, Vascular Surgery, and General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. The American Board of Surgery is an independent, nonprofit organization founded in 1937 to provide board certification to individuals who have met a defined standard of education, training and knowledge in the field of surgery.

To stay up to date in his field, he remains a professional member of the Society for Vascular Surgery, Canadian Society for Vascular Surgery, American Medical Association and has been inducted as a Fellow of the The American College of Surgeons and The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
