Dr. Chhavi Agarwal of Pediatric Endocrinology of New York is a board certified pediatric endocrinologist. She has offices in both Scarsdale and Flushing New York and brings over two decades of experience to providing compassionate and individualized care. Dr. Agarwal is internationally recognized for her published research and treatment of a wide range of hormone-related disorders in children with disorders of the thyroid, pituitary, and adrenal glands, among other endocrinologic conditions. Dr. Agarwal’s extensive training, which began in India, includes a fellowship in pediatric endocrinology at Columbia University and pediatric training in London. An active researcher with a masters degree in clinical research from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, she has undertaken considerable research on the effects of obesity and insulin resistance on cardiovascular health in children and adolescents. She also holds the title of Expert Consultant, International Rett Syndrome Foundation in the tristate area.
