My practice is focused on helping people pursue their own health and wellness in the least invasive, most functional ways that they can. I believe we all have unique bodies and life experiences; therefore we need unique methods of healthcare. As an acupuncture physician with an educational background in East Asian medicine, I utilize a variety of therapies including: cupping therapy, herbal medicine, moxibustion (infra-red thermal therapy), nutritional counseling, and lifestyle/habit coaching to help restore ease and function to the mind and body. I believe in a ‘less is more’ style of practice in every way
