Respond to rapid response calls throughout the hospital. Respond to and run code blues throughout the hospital. Intubate patients, insert and remove central lines and intraosseous lines, insert and remove chest tubes, insert foley catheters, perform femoral blood draws, assist with lumbar punctures. Create plans of care for patients; order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory testing as appropriate. Admit and discharge patients as appropriate. Perform critical care consults. Respond to rapid response calls and codes throughout the hospital. Insert central lines, remove central lines, remove chest tubes, insert foley catheters, perform femoral blood draws.
