Is it a good idea to soak a sprained ankle in hot water?
Yes, I usually recommend using epsom salt in your water to help with soft tissue swelling and pain. You might want to consider some therapy aimed at improving the strength of your ankle muscles to prevent it from getting any other sprains. READ MORE
Is frequent consumption of ibuprofen bad?
Long-term use of ibuprofen can cause damage to the kidneys and reflux problems. It's always good to have it with food or milk. I would get a check from your primary care physician to make sure your kidneys are working fine. READ MORE
What can I do to help with my hip pain?
First, we would need to find the reason for you hip pain. Ocassionally back problems can be reflected into the hip area. Always pleasant and very attentive to my needs.
The front desk person, Jessica, I believe her name is, is a nightmare. I am finally writing this as she is not her today. Wow, and what a relief it is in this office! And when I say nightmare, I mean nightmare literally. I have have nightmares about her the night before my appointments. People who come in here are in pain to begin with, and for her to treat them with the disrespect that she does is uncalled for. She conducts herself the same way on the telephone. At first I thought it was just me that she mistreated, but I then noticed she treats even the very elderly the same. She is combative, and argumentative with everyone. Shaming people loudly if she feels that the payment they are making are not sufficient in her opinion. Anyway, I'm just waiting for my prescriptions, and had the time. I will get off my soap now. In ending, Christine, and Lisa are on the opposite end of the spectrum , always nice, friendly, helpful, and courteous!
