Miguel A. Cruz, DMD, is retired from dentistry but maintains two careers, based out of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. He is Chapter President of the Mayaguez Military Officers Association of America, as well as an extramural Professor for the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine. In the past, he served as Director of the Mayaguez Medical Center, a facility where many different medical issues were treated in multiple specialties. He also has an extensive military background, serving during the Korean War.
