Mary K. Helmin is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist based in Minnesota. She specializes in trauma-informed therapy, psychological and neuropsychological assessments for both adults and teenagers, mood disorders, PTSD, and relationship counseling focusing on conflict resolution and effective communication strategies.
She completed her undergraduate studies at St. Teresa College, earning a degree in Dance and Psychology. Following this, she pursued a Master's degree in Dance Movement Therapy from Hunter College. She furthered her education at St. Catherine University, obtaining a certificate in Holistic studies. Mary culminated her academic journey at the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology, where she earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and Doctor of Clinical Psychology. She completed a two-year post-doctoral residency in neuropsychology at the U of MN Fariview, through Natalis Counseling Clinic.
