A native of India, Dr. Raheja graduated with his medical degree from the Armed Forces Medical College in 1980. He then served in the Army medical core as an army doctor for five years. Upon relocating to the United States, he completed his residency in neurology at the New York Medical College in 1993, followed by advanced training in epilepsy at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine, Wake Forest University, NC.
An expert in his field, the doctor is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.
