At the start of her academic career, Dr. Hilderbrand received her undergraduate degree from Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. She then attended medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York.
Furthering her training, she completed a residency in family medicine at Long Beach Medical Center/St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Stony Brook University Medical Center, a fellowship in interventional spine at Coordinated Health in Pennsylvania and a fellowship in hospice/palliative medicine at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital.
