Timothy F. Kolda, MD, is currently the President of Clinical Pathology Associates in Austin, Texas. This practice is the oldest anatomic/clinical pathology group in Central Texas, whose pathologists work hand in hand with nearly every doctor in Austin. An expert in dermatopathology, Dr. Kolda is also certified in anatomic and clinical pathologies. Dr. Kolda is perhaps most known for his establishment of a HIPAA-approved community health record (CHR) with the Austin Radiological Association. This record provides a more collaborative and streamlined approach to patient care; for example if a patient sees many specialists, it helps eliminate record confusion. Dr. Kolda is also the co-author of an article on adenoid cystic carcinoma; a cancer of the adenoids.
