Patrick Chu, DDS, privately practices implantology at the Hikaru Dental Clinic in Toronto. He has been practicing both surgical and cosmetic implantology since 1986. Implantology is a set of surgical techniques involving the placement of dental implants in, above, and or under the jaw. Dr. Chu has received his implantology training at Harvard University, Piko's Institute, Pat Allen's Oral Plastic Surgery Courses, and Misch's Implant Institute. In addition to speaking at dental symposiums, he has also had articles published in peer-reviewed dental journals.
