Jerry Vasilakos, BSc, DDS, is owner of Planet Dentistry in Ontario, Canada. He specializes in a number of different dental procedures, including the CAD/CAM, which stands for computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing. This branch of dentistry is applicable for all major procedures, and Dr. Vasilakos typically uses it for the molding of crowns. In his spare time, he volunteers with the Asclepius Dental Society; a charitable organization catering exclusively to Greek (Hellenic) Canadian Dentists. It provides a sense of camaraderie as well as education for up and coming dentists.
