1635 Divisadero Street San Francisco California, 94115About
Stephanie M. Po, MD, comes from a long family history of medical professionals. Her grandmother was a gastroenterologist at Kaiser Permanente, and her mother was a pharmacist. She was able to keep up the Kaiser tradition and currently works at the San Francisco location as a glaucoma specialist. Educated in Chicago, she soon grew tired of cold winters and relocated to her native California, specifically California Pacific Medical Center for her glaucoma fellowship in 1998. Her entire family, including her son, are members of Kaiser Permanente. She finds ophthalmology work particularly enjoyable, because she gets to help people of all ages see better.
