The answer to the question is immediately, however, we know that it is not always true as it depends on how quickly you adapt to them. If you are currently asymptomatic without esthetic concerns, you may have to do nothing other than watch the progression of recession. If you have sensitivity or it looks really bad, a gingival graft may be recommended. Usually a periodontist may make that decision. READ MORE
