Consulting services for Clinical Pharmacology Studies: product development strategy, protocol design, protocol writing, medical monitoring, and data safety review. Areas of expertise include first-in-human studies, both small molecules and biologics, Japanese/ethnic "bridging," ADME, microdose, adaptive/hybrid study designs. Most activity involves IND filing through Proof of Concept, although I am asked to assist with some late phase programs. Clinical domains are very diverse- diabetes, osteoporosis, cognitive impairment/dementia, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, osteoarthritis, NAFLD/NASH, asthma, psoriasis, and less common conditions such as SLE, amyloidosis, and more.
