Dr. Kevin Chan is the first physician in the nation to be simultaneously board certified in both Clinical Lipidology and Integrative Medicine while supported by his additional credentials in Age Management Medicine, Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine, Canonical Chinese Medicine, Advanced Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Occupational & Environmental Medicine as well as Family Medicine. Dr. Chan received his undergraduate degree at Brown University while obtained his graduate degree at the University of Maryland. Dr. Chan completed his medical training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and is the founder of Pineapple Health where he primarily devotes his time and energy to reduce the risks of heart disease through a comprehensive program that help manage his patients’ inflammatory status while overseeing his practice. Dr. Chan is a graduate of the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. Dr. Chan is also the author of the book titled "The Art of Health Your Health Warrior Awakens" and is completing his second book titled "The Strategic Code for Healthcare Entrepreneurship".

Get to know Family Physician Dr. Kevin Chan, who serves patients in Phoenix, Arizona.
Kevin Chan, DO, MS, MMM, PCEO, FASA, FAIHM Is a board certified lipidologist at Pineapple Health in Phoenix and has been providing expert care for more than 20 years. Dr. Chan is an integrative and holistic physician who focuses on total health and especially in heart attack and stroke prevention. Instead of placing a Band-Aid over an existing health issue, he finds the root cause to cure the issue and improve overall wellness. Dr. Chan specializes in integrative lipidology, in which he synergizes functional medicine with oriental herbology. He is also the first lipidologist in the Valley to expand his practice to offer in-office liposuction and fat transfer.
Dr. Chan holds an undergraduate degree in neuroscience from Brown University and a master’s degree in physiology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. After obtaining his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Chan first completed his residency in family medicine and then a fellowship in occupational and environmental medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City.
To further enhance his skill set and provide better care to his patients, Dr. Chan is taking multiple board certifications over the next few years. He has completed 2 fellowships in integrative medicine and an additional fellowship in antiaging, metabolic and functional medicine. Dr. Chan is also certified in hormone therapy by the Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine as well as the Age Management Medicine Group.
