As Chief of Medical Information, Dr. Purohit has worked within the DoD to develop a product that could capture and process data in real time for provider use, aggregate the data for both individual and population analyses (big data), and incorporate both outcomes and interventions into the same database to improve clinical processes and flow, business plans, and most importantly, patient outcomes and satisfaction.
