George Garcia is a nationally board certified Doctor of Chiropractic with further board certifications in Athletic Training and Physiotherapy. Dr. Garcia received his doctorate from Parker University and also holds Bachelor's degrees in Physical Education and Health and Wellness. He is an educator who has a special interest in functional rehabilitation, nutrition and exercise. Dr. Garcia brings with him a background in professional athletics, serving as a Certified Athletic Trainer for The Cincinnati Reds and The Atlanta Braves baseball organization and was also on the medical staff in the professional arena football league to name a few. In 2011, Dr. Garcia was invited to be a part of the first team of chiropractors that were recognized and staffed at the Pan American Olympic Games held in Guadalajara, Mexico.
During his accredited doctorate training, Dr. Garcia was Co-Founder and President of the Student Hispanic Chiropractic Association and received a scholarship from Chiro One Wellness Centers for his dedication to his studies and the advancement of the profession. Dr. Garcia also received special recognition for his internship in Mexico City, Mexico during the summer of 2011 in which he co-founded a fitness group and a nutrition course where he educated the interns and doctors in the clinic about proper exercise techniques and taught nutrition on a clinical level.
Dr. Garcia is dedicated to keeping up with the latest research in proper rehabilitation and exercise applications and is committed to his patients’ recoveries and health.
