Evolving out of the Northeast Missouri Rural Health Network, Dr. Jackson developed a model of outpatient rheumatology medicine affiliated with various hospitals and clinics. Designed to provide better services to rural healthcare systems, Dr. Jackson serves the Hannibal Clinic primarilly in Hannibal, Missouri.
