A seasoned dermatologist, Dr. Crowell sees patients at her private practice in South Florida, with offices in Miami and Coral Gables. She is well known for her skill in using lasers and injectables to give her patients a refreshed, natural, younger looking appearance.

In regards to her educational background, she completed her undergraduate studies at Boston University and went on to graduate as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and was awarded the highest honor attained by admission into the Iron Arrow Honor Society at the University of Miami School of Medicine. She did her internship at Stanford University Hospital, and performed her residency in dermatology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

Distinguished as a Fellow of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (FASDS), the doctor is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, which is a voluntary, non-profit, private, autonomous organization formed for the primary purpose of protecting the public interest by establishing and maintaining high standards of training, education, and qualifications of physicians rendering care in dermatology.

On a professional level, Dr. Crowell is an active member of the Miami Society for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery and served as president for 3 years. She has also been elected by her peers to the Board of the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery and is serving a three-year term.

With a passion for teaching, she is an Adjunct Professor at Barry University’s Physician Assistant program, and served 20 years as a volunteer Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery.
