Get to know Urologist Dr. Errol C. Mallett, who serves patients in New York.

A skilled and experienced urologist, Dr. Mallett caters to the locals of Brooklyn and Queens, New York. He tends to patients at the Urology Associates of New York and focuses on giving them the highest quality of care while guaranteeing their participation in managing their own medical condition.

With over four decades of experience in his field, Dr. Mallett is widely accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. He gives them his undivided attention and practices with the goal of helping each of them lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

As a testament to his success, he is board-certified in urology by the American Board of Urology (ABU). The mission of the ABU is to act for the benefit of the public by establishing and maintaining standards of certification for urologists, and working with certified urologists to achieve lifelong learning to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe, and ethical urologic care. 

A graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, Dr. Mallet went on to complete his residency in urology at Montefiore Medical Center – Moses Division Hospital. To advance his clinical skills, he finished his fellowship training at Montefiore Medical Center. 

To date, the doctor holds active membership in the American Urological Association and the American College of Surgeons (FACS).

Urology, also known as genitourinary surgery, is the branch of medicine that focuses on surgical and medical diseases of the male and female urinary-tract system and the male reproductive organs. Urologists specialize in diseases of the urinary tract and the male reproductive system. Patients may be referred to a urologist if their physician suspects they may need treatment for a condition relating to the bladder, prostate, urethra, ureters, kidneys, and adrenal glands.
