Is late ovulation a problem when getting pregnant?
If you mean after the typical ovulation day of day 14 in a 28 day cycle, no. Generally you should try to have intercourse as close to ovulation as possible and if you ovulate later than this should occur after day 14. Generally you are most likely to ovulate 14 days after ovulation. So, if your cycle is usually 32 days you will be most likely to ovulate around day 18 in this scenario. READ MORE

What can I do for endometriosis pain?
OTC can reduce pain but if this is not sufficient you would need better control there are a number of medical treatments specifically indicated for endometriosis. This is an estrogen dependent chronic inflammatory disease. A continuous oral contraceptive designed to diminish or stop menstruation can help a significant percentage of patients. If it doesn't help switching to a different pill will not help. A Mirena IUS can help or progestins orally or by injection. Sometimes another medication called Orilissa can help or another injection course called a GnRH agonist. There are indications for surgery but your Gynecologist can determine if this is indicated.
