Akash Bajaj, MD, MPH, maintains a position with Remedy Pain Solutions located in Marina Del Rey, California. Through his education on anesthesiology, Dr. Bajaj gained interest in pain management; where he then sub-specialized his studies in an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at the prestigious University of California San Francisco, selected as one of only five fellows, graduating in 2006. With over a decade of experience as an interventional pain management specialist, Dr. Bajaj has received the honor of a Patients Choice Award in 2012 for all of his acheivements. While at UCLA, he pioneered the development of audio and visual distractions during O.R. Anesthesia as a novel supplement to administering Anesthesia, and alleviating acute painful states. Dr. Bajaj has double board certification in anesthesia and pain medicine; and is an active member of medical associations including the American Academy of Anti-Agining Medicine. He also participates in national lectures; having been been aired on CBS Radio, within UCLA, and UCSF. He has recieved the Top Doctor Award for 4 years and counting.
