Stephen L. Hershey, MD, worked at First State Orthopaedics in Newark, Delaware before his recent retirement.� He specialized in hip and knee replacements, Sports Medicine, Arthroscopic Surgery�Articular Cartilage Repair and Trauma.� A former member of the US Navy's teaching staff for orthopedic surgery in the 1970's, Dr. Hershey is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Delaware's Physical Therapy program.� When Dr. Hershey is not at First State, he can be found practicing with the Christiana Health Care system.
