What exercise is good for your prostate?
There is no exercise that will help the prostate. The tough exercise on a prostate is a 10 speed banana seat. That on a prolonged ride can cause penile numbness due to impingement of the pudendal nerve. Also, regular, not excessive ejaculation is helpful whether it is masturbation or regular intercourse. Is drinking a lot of water good for your prostate?
