Were you recently wearing a bathing suit? Sometimes the webbing on the inside of the bathing suit can rub the tip of the penis and cause this look. looks most likely like a irritative rash and will probably resolve on its own. You either have a yeast infection, which should be treated with Lotrimin or nystatin, but the other thing it could be is contact dermatitis. That can be due to something you came in contact with. It is not an STD. READ MORE

You have a UTI. You need a urine culture. You can try to self treat with vitamin. 500mg three times a day and increase your water intake to 2liters. For the next 2-3 days and if no better you need antibiotics. If you have fever or chills for get the above and go to urgent care or an ER. Is testicular pain and possible swelling / lumps on testicles common with people that have HPV?
