Meena Chintapalli, MD, FAAP, maintains her own private pediatric practice located in San Antonio Texas. Her practice derived from, Dr. Chintapalli's strong desire to grow her business into a group of providers; ultimately helping more children in the area. Dr. Chintapalli became passionate about asthma treatment and control as well as developmental and behavioral pediatrics. Her expertise in behavioral pediatrics led her to incorporate her findings into her treatment plans knowledge of experiential neuro-developmental organization of the brain. She educates her patients on brain development and adaptive bio-social behaviors through counseling and guidance with the hopes that her techniques will help bring out the natural genius of every child. Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Chintapalli speaks internationally for educational purposes; as well as being involved with medical mission trips around the globe. For all of her outstanding achievements and passion in the field, Dr. Chintapalli has been honored with many awards of excellence and has been given the prestigious title of Fellow of the American Academy of Peditrics.
