Hi, It depends on what you are looking for. I am not able to go into a complete discussion regarding all the various uses of a CT scan verses radiography, but to say that usually X-rays are used to screen for pathology and then if abnormal, are followed by a CT scan. Can I file a law-suit for a CT scan that has caused damage to my body?
Hi, I understand how frustrating it can be to have an allergic reaction to contrast that you received from a CT scan. Unless you told the technologist that you were allergic to the contrast and she proceeded to give you the contrast despite telling him or her, it is impossible to file and win a lawsuit in those cases or to prove that the symptoms you are having is directly implicated in the allergic reaction.
