I work with adults, individuals and couples, in psychotherapy, with particulaly strong experience and expertise in treating anxiety, depression and relationship issues. Many years of spiritual practice and explorations, as well as extensive knowledge in the field of holistic health, especially concerning stress-related disorders, are additional resources I bring to the work when relevant, which has led me to describe my approach as Holistic Psychotherapy. Resonance Repatterning®, a powerful tool for change, is used as an optional adjunct modality, along with psychotherapy or by itself, and can be applied to any type of problem.
