How do you know when a cavity is really bad?
The key is to catch these problems when they are small. The best advice I can give you is to schedule an exam with your dental provider to be evaluated. The best way to determine if you have a cavity is to take a series of X-rays. Sometimes a problem may appear small on the outside, but it could be expanding on the inside. Amazing doctor. I am not a dentist but i can tell you that this office is just pure gold. From the second you walk in they welcome you with a smile. They are always on time, friendly and very professional. The hygienists are extremely knowledgeable and very gentle. Dr. Michael has great bedside manner, he takes the time to explain things and in the past 6 i have not had a single complaint about his work. to me that is the way you can tell you have found the right dentist.

Dr. Mansouri is a dentist who is currently serving patients at Mansouri Family Dental Care & Associates. Located in Marietta, Georgia, Mansouri Family Dental Care & Associates is a family-owned and operated dental practice that provides top quality preventative, general, cosmetic, and restorative dental care for children and adults of all ages. The practice is committed to restoring and enhancing the natural beauty of patients’ smiles using conservative, state-of-the-art dental procedures.
Dr. Mansouri was privileged to grow up around many dentists in his family. His love for dentistry grew stronger watching his uncle perform dental medicine in his office. This led him to pursue a career path in dentistry.
Dr. Mansouri received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2003. He also completed a one-year advanced training program in implant dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia. Wanting to provide his patients with the best care in the most comfortable and calming environment, Dr. Mansouri pursued additional training in oral sedation and IV sedation. He is now able to provide pain-free and anxiety-free dentistry for all of his patients.
Dr. Mansouri is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). The AGD is the professional association for general dentists. It is the only organization exclusively dedicated to representing the interests and serving the needs of general dentists.
Dr. Mansouri holds active memberships with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Georgia Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of Oral Medicine, the Northern District Dental Society, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and the Hinman Dental Society. He is also a founding member of the International Stomatognathic Honorary Alliance.
Dr. Mansouri is a hosting and participating member of Dentistry from the Heart – a non-profit organization that provides free dentistry for individuals who cannot afford dental care.
