Michael F. Hart
Family Practitioner | Obesity Medicine
1695 Wonderland Road North London Ontario, N6G 4W3About
Whether it is rescuing the citizens of Southern Ontario from the Canadian Food Guide or the surgeon’s knife, I have one central theme: Take Your Health into Your Own Hands. Shunning the typical paths of over-medication and reactive, traditional treatments, I focus patients on education, lifestyle design and heightened health awareness. Drawing on diverse backgrounds in organic chemistry, world travel and analyses of global cultures and nutrition or my athletic achievements in sports and martial arts, am able to provide patients with holistic insights that offer alternative, organic approaches to attaining energy, strength, potency, mobility, longevity and ultimately, greater self-actualization.
Building on the strong interest in both the family practice and newly opened hormone replacement therapy clinic, the primary focus has been to leverage the message and benefits of preventative, self-directed health and holistic lifestyle choices, and compelling prognoses on health, happiness and hormone replacement therapies through utilization of digital media and online tools.
