How can I stop pushing on my front teeth when I swallow?

Adult tooth is loose. What should I do?
Certainly the first and most important advice I can give you is to avoid coarse food and biting and chewing directly on the affected tooth. Visit your dentist to have a periapical xray. This can show if there is a root fracture. You can can also have a electric pulp test to see if the tooth is still vital (alive). Generally when a single tooth is crooked, it is as a result of inadequate space. This means expansion of the dental arches will need to be done to accommodate the aligning of that tooth.
