Pathmanathan Rajadurai, MBBS, is an Adjunct Professor of Pathology at Monash University's Jeffrey Cheah School of Medicine in Malaysia. He is currently Senior Consultant Pathologist and Laboratory Director in the Sime Darby Medical Centre, Subang Jaya. He remains one of the few physicians to be honored with a doctoral thesis at the University of Malyasia.

Is pathology of pleomorphic adenoma accurate?
It is about 80 -90 % reliable. Most pleomorphic adenomas are cured by surgery, a small percentage will recur as benign tumours, usually as a result of the initial tumour not being excised completely in the first instance.
