I'm totally all natural cures as Mother Nature has prepared for us. I myself only ever eat the plain old Garden Mint. Try to get the big leaves, pick from the plant rinse under the tap & chew it slowly & swallowing as you will. Blood pressure can be very high & by eating Garden Mint as often a day as you wish...& every day in one week it will be low...then regulate it by three times a day & keep it at that.
