For over 25 years, I've been helping individuals in Michigan improve their mental health and overcome challenges through personalized therapy. I hold certifications as an Advanced Drug and Alcohol Counselor and Clinical Supervisor.

 

With an education background from Wayne State University and the University of Michigan, I utilize various therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Empowerment (TREM), and Prolonged Exposure (PE)Therapy.
