Dr. Marx recieved her Bachelors of Science degree in Life Sciences at New York Institute of Technology in 1989 graduating Magna Cum Laude and recipient of the Life Science Award. She attended New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York and completed a traditional rotating Internship followed by a Family Practice Residency at Peninsula Hospital Center in Far Rockaway, Queens. She has been a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physciians since 1996 practicing Family Medicine in Long Island, New York. Because of her strong passion for preventative medicine and promotion of wellness she obtained a second board certification and is also recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine. Dr. Marx additonally serves as a DOT Certified Medical Examiner for the FMSCA. After serving the community in 2 group practices for many years she has moved to a private practice in the town of Bayport, New York on Long Islands South Shore.
