Colorado Springs CO, 80906About
I treat by teaching - I teach people about their health, both mentally and physically, then provide them with the tools necessary to implement that knowledge to make beneficial and necessary lifestyle changes. I help people identify the psychological and emotional cause of illness and disease in order to remedy the actual cause by addressing the mental and emotion component that's producing the behaviors associated to the health problem. I educate them on how to eat a more healthy diet, and how to view food as medicine, and the emotional benefits of creativity in their lives.
I teach and engage clients in Creative Expression of all kinds as a healing modality. Specializing in Art, music, dance, acting (braosdening expressive ability), writing and journaling, photography, and Cooking. Anything that gives them a creative outlet for expressing themselves.
I provide various forms of psychological counseling in the area of "positive" and creative psychology by teaching people how to use their minds to create within their lives in a productive and beneficial manner. I provide various forms of hypnotherapy, creative visualization, meditation, Autogenic training, and guided imagery for producing desired changes in all areas of their life, and teach relaxation techniques for reducing stress, improving concentration and sleeping. .
