Dr. Leticia E. Bravo has been in practice for 45 years as a Pediatrician. Dr. Bravo graduated from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in Manila Philippines in 1968. She completed her internship training at Marion County General Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana, residency training at Fordham Hospital in Bronx, New York and fellowship in Ambulatory Pediatrics at Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow, New York. Dr. Bravo started working at Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York in the Pediatric Emergency Room in 1978 and stayed until 1997. She then transferred to the Pediatric Screening Clinic until 2007. She is also an Assistant Professor at State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York from 1991 to present. She is currently at the Pediatric Walk-In clinic and also Pediatric In-Patient consultant at the Pediatric Psychiatry Ward. Dr. Bravo has received several awards and titles such as the Physician's Recognition Award from the American Medical Association, Who's Who of American Women from the Marquis Who's Who Publication Board and Fellow of the American College of International Physicians. In January 2010, she was chosen as a Leading Physician of the World with the International Association of Pediatricians. During her vacation, Dr. Bravo always takes advantage of the CME programs, visiting various hospitals in different countries such as Asia, Europe and South America. She also loves joining the medical missions in the Philippines.
