About

Welcome. My name is Esther and I'm here to support you through any life challenges and support you towards achieving your personal goals and well-being. I've dedicated myself to helping children, teens, and adults through supportive and empathetic counseling.

In founding Mindbridge Wellness in 2024, my goal was to create a welcoming place where we can work together to overcome obstacles like sadness, worry, the weight of past events, difficulties in relationships, or the pain of loss. My approach is all about using methods that have been proven effective, are straightforward, and truly make a difference—such as engaging in conversations that help you understand your thoughts that lead to various behaviors (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), learning techniques to stay grounded and peaceful (Mindfulness), and building on the strengths you already possess.

Therapy with me is a partnership. You bring your unique strengths, and we'll develop a plan that's tailored just for you—focusing on what you need, what you're aiming for, and how you can grow. Whether you're seeking support for particular issues or simply want to improve your general well-being, I'm ready to offer a listening ear and compassionate guidance every step of the way.
