Negative Pressure Wound Therapy), excision, shaving, or destruction of skin and subcutaneous tissue (incl. Mohs Micrographic Surgery), tissue transfer, gallbladder removal (Cholecystectomy), hemorrhoidectomy, intestinal transplant, Peripheral Artery Bypass Procedures, splenectomy, or splenorrhaphy.
