J. Eugene Glenn, MD, is a retired obstetrician and gynecologist featuring more than a half century of extensive experience in his field. He owned his private practice in Jacksonville, Florida and also served his patients as an attending physician at St. Vincent?s Medical Center. Dr. Glenn received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1955. He trained at the Naval Hospital and ultimately attained his certification OB/GYN from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Glenn remains an active member of the American Medical Association, the Florida Medical Association, Duval County Medical Society, the Florida Obstetric and Gynecologic Society, and the South Atlantic Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. In 1989, he was offered the Medical Practice Prevention Award by the Florida Medical Association.
