Get to know Dermatologist Dr. Radhika Trivedi, who serves patients in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Dr. Trivedi is a board certified dermatologist whose core belief is to provide compassionate and personalized patient-centered care. She believes everyone deserves to have healthy skin, which can help improve self-confidence and overall health, and extends her services at Dermatology Specialists of Georgia in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Dr. Trivedi’s formal education and training includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Master of Public Health Degree from the University of Cincinnati, Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine (2017), and residency in dermatology at Geisinger Medical Center (2018-2021).

Distinguished as a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD), Dr. Trivedi is board certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD). The ABD is a voluntary, non-profit, private, autonomous organization formed for the primary purpose of protecting the public interest by establishing and maintaining high standards of training, education, and qualifications of physicians rendering care in dermatology.

Having contributed to 30+ professional presentations in national conferences, peer-reviewed publications, and textbook chapters, Dr. Trivedi has demonstrated her dedication to advancing medical knowledge and patient care. Throughout her education, service, and professional career, she has received numerous accolades. Notably, she earned the esteemed National MSK Dermoscopy Conference Award in 2018 for her remarkable skill in dermoscopy and was recognized with the Gold Humanism Award for exemplary humanistic approach to patient care. 

Other notable achievements include receiving the Golden Scalpel Award for surgical skill excellence, being nominated for a research scholarship in Dermatology at Johns Hopkins University, and being selected as a Geriatric Medicine Student Scholar at UC College of Medicine. Moreover, her commitment to service and leadership has been acknowledged through honors like the Jefferson Award for Public Service, her selection as a Cincinnatus Scholar, and being one of the youngest recipients of the U.S. Presidential Volunteer Service Award – Gold Medal in 2008 by then-president George W. Bush.

In her spare time, Dr. Trivedi enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and trying new restaurants in the area.
