My practice provides consultation to medical providers, training and education to area professionals and community leaders, and direct service to individuals and their families. My work settings include hospital based out-patient settings, community clinics, and a private practice. I also teach courses in general psychology, aging and mental health, and developmental psychology at local community colleges and universities. Since the 1980's, my clinical work has focused on the challenges of living with chronic illness, and the ehtical issues involved in treating this population.
