I am an anesthesiologist in California Practicing for over 35 years,A graduate of the University of California @ Davis,and my residency was at Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science where I also served as Prof,of Anesthesia for over eight years and on the Board of Directors for four years,Also while I was there I served as President of the Alumni for over 7 or8 years and founded the most important and financially rewarding fundraiser in the history of the institution (Jazz At DREW a jazz concert series which ran for over18 years) ,After entering private practice I became the Chief of ANESTHESIA at three different hospitals Medical Director at several different Surgery Centers and Medcal Clinics in the Greater Los Angeles Area, I am presently the Owner. C,E,O, and Medical Director of Cornerstone Surgery Center located in Los Angeles California and Surgical Center of Excellence in Long Beach California as well as Clover Surgical Center of North Hollywood, Over the years I have recieved numerous awards of Excellence in Achievement such as the TOP DOCTOR Award TOP 100 DOCTORS in the in The WORLD Award the Outstanding Dept of Anesthesia Award ,Princeton Press Achievement Award ,California Senate Certificaqte of Recognition,County Of Los Angeles Commendation,and City of Los Angeles Congradulation Award to name a few, I would to state that it has been an honor and a privaledge to humbly serve the people of my city.state and nation,In closing I would be remiss if I did not mention the primary motivating factors of my lif,e and achievements my mother and family who have always supported and encouraged me to work hard and accomplish my highest goals dreams and aspirations regardless of its complexity, My present goal is the developement of an organization dedicated to the provision of state of the art medical care to all the under served people of the world by the name of World Healthcare International,A dream that can and should become a REALITY

What type of anesthesia is used during vascular surgery?
There are multiple types of anesthesia utilizes for vascular surgery. For major procedures, general anesthesia is used. In this procedure, the patient is completely asleep throughout the procedure. For procedures that are not as extensive, there are other anesthetics that are less complicated such as total I.V. (TIVA) and MAC, which are both simpler procedures which utilize the more potent anesthetic agents. READ MORE

THERE ARE MULTIPLE ANESTHETIC PROCEDURES UTILIZED FOR CHILDBIRTH THEY ARE; GENERAL ANESTHESIA IN THIS PROCEDURE THE PATIENT IS COMPLETELY ASLEEP THROUGH THE ENTIRE DELIVERY.THEN THE SPINAL ANESTHESIA WHICH IS VERY POPULAR AND GIVE THE PATIENT THE OPTION OF BEING FULLY AWAKE UNTIL THE BABY HAS BEEN DELIVERIED AND MILDLY SEDATED FOR THE REST OF THE PROCEDURE AND VERY SIMULAR TO THAT IS THE EPIDURAL WHICH IS USUALLY PLACED MID LABOR PRIOR TO ENTERING THE O.R.THEN LAST BUT NOT LEAST IS THE LOCAL GIVEN DURING DELIVERY FOR NATURAL BIRTHS READ MORE
