Chris Flowers, MD, maintains a position at UCLA?s Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center located in California. Jonsson Cancer Center boasts developing new cancer therapies, providing the best in experimental and traditional cancer treatments, and expertly guiding and training the next generation of medical research. Dr. Flowers speaks around the world on his expertise in radiology and medical research. He has extensive experience with breast cancer diagnostic modalities and acted as a UK developer of advanced forms of breast biopsy. Earlier in his career, Dr. Flowers developed many educational products for medical students and radiology residents; as well as postgraduate lectures in breast imaging with the University of California at San Francisco. Dr. Flowers is Board certified in research and radiology, and has been honored with the Smart Wales Award with the European Union Grant for Innovation in 2001 as recognition for his outstanding achievements.
