How often is it required to bottle feed my baby?
That is hard to answer without knowing the circumstances. Feeding should generally be every 2-3 hours or so for the first month or two. If weight is ok, that can be spaced a little. Keep an eye on the weight. If weight is going up, you are feeding enough, if not, consider supplementation. Start with 1 supplemental feed and increase/decrease as needed READ MORE
Are over-the-counter cough medications safe?
They are generally pretty safe, but are generally not recommended for those under 4, though many people still use them. You can try some of the natural cough medicines like zarabees. There is no great evidence that any cough medicine works. Honey is great if the child is over 1 year old. READ MORE

Meltdowns Behaviour
This is something to discuss with your pediatrician. My son who is 5 years old is having a ringing sensation in his ears. Is it treatable?
There are many possible causes of ringing in the ear or tinnitus. Some causes are benign and some are not. This would need a more thorough workup than I can provide you over email. Yes. That is a possible side effect of claritin. Some people get more tired, others can get more hyperactive. I would discuss this with your pediatrician and consider switching to another medication. Patient privacy when it's a child being seen
