Dana P. Valencia, MD, FACC, FSCAI, maintains a position at the Northeast Regional Medical Center?s Cardiology Center, located in Kirksville, Missouri. The center is the region?s only fully accredited chest pain center and features a newly renovated catheterization laboratory. Dr. Valencia is a Board Certified Invasive Cardiologist with training in peripheral interventional treatment. He has spent the past ten years practicing in St. Louis, primarily at Missouri Baptist and Des Peres Hospital. Dr. Valencia has trained medical students and residents in a D.O. program at Des Peres Hospital and is continuing that teaching opportunity in Kirksville. He completed a cardiology fellowship at St. Louis University, St. Louis, MO and was an Army Physician with the United States Army Reserves and the United States Army Medical Corp at Fort Lewis, Washington.
