Saed Al Habib, MD, maintains a position as a plastic surgeon at his own private practice, Saed Al Habib MD, located in the greater Toronto area. Dr. Al Habib specializes in breast reconstruction surgery, body contouring following massive weight loss, and congenital deformities. Armed with the latest techniques in diagnosis and management, he is also considered an expert in microsurgery and surgical intervention for common and complicated hand injuries as well as congenital deformities, among other plastic and reconstructive procedures. Dr. Al Habib received his medical degree and then went through the residency program in Plastic Surgery at the University of Western Ontario. Upon completion of his residency he undertook a Fellowship in Breast Reconstruction and Hand Surgery from UWO. He continued his advanced training by completing an additional Fellowship in Complex Wound Management and Microsurgery at Scarborough General Hospital in Toronto, ON, Canada. Plastic surgery is an ever-changing field, and Dr. Al Habib is committed to not only staying abreast of new techniques and technologies, but also to refining his knowledge and skill with intensive training in a variety of areas. Dr. Al Habib is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the Canadian Plastic Surgery Society, and in keeping with his commitment to pursue the most cutting-edge cosmetic surgical training around the globe; he is also Canadian Fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery.
