    Hi there! Sorry to hear about your loss. Yes, mastectomy and implant-based reconstruction is a much bigger event than simple implants. The results are strongly tied to the amount of fat that the breast cancer surgeon is able to leave behind. Thin mastectomy flaps rarely give great results, and thick skin flaps can give results that are comparable to cosmetic implants. I prefer to use tissue expanders as a first stage in that reconstruction, as it allows your plastic surgeon to take some pressure out if the skin is struggling to recover after your operation. Going straight to implants at the time of mastectomy can work, but if your skin is struggling, your surgeon has very few maneuvers to help it survive. READ MORE

    Brilliant. I had a body lift over a year ago and the results are great. From the first consultation I was put at ease, we went through the procedures/options available to me having only come in thinking stomach and arms. I was comfortable asking the dumb questions. The staff are great and both welcoming and professional. The surgery went smoothly and I had no complications post surgery, recovery was easy. Post check ups have been really good. I am signing up to have the rest of my body done in 2017. I would happily recommend Gavin and his team. Very happy with the new body.

    Dr Sandercoe has changed my life! After a 78 kilo weight loss I had over 20cm of skin removed from each arm and my scars after one year are unbelievable. I now have the confidence to wear t shirts, sleeveless dresses and feel good about myself. The team that work with Dr are so supportive and I just can't recommend Dr enough for any procedure for me next is a tummy tuck and I can't wait for that one to happen. Financially Dr Sandercoe was the most affordable of many quotes I obtained. Please if your thinking of doing something just go for it! He will help you to feel good about yourself again and smile something that's real not forced hiding your sadness deep down like we all do.

    Wow! Just saw my before and after shots and I am amazed at the change! Life altering as I now have a body that is great and one that I feel really good about. Dr Sandercoe did a brilliant job and the after care was exceptional. I wasn't sure I really needed to do this but now looking back I am so so pleased that I made this decision.     My experience with Dr Sandercoe was better than I could have expected. After losing 50kgs I was still unhappy with my body due to the loose skin but after the recommendations of Gavin I underwent a breast augmentation and abdominoplasty and was over the moon with the results. A year later I also got an arm lift and again I am so happy. Dr Sandercoe and his team are friendly and professional and I would recommend them to anyone
