One of the most experienced gastroenterologists in Minnesota, Dr. Bhatti works with patients at his private practice – Bhatti GI Consultants – with office locations in Chaska and Edina, and a satellite location within the St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee.
With more than 40,000 advanced endoscopic procedures, he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases including gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), heartburn, Barrett’s Esophagus, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), constipation, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gallstones, Hepatitis C, jaundice, diseases of the liver, pancreatic disorders, as well as chest and abdomen cancer diagnosis and staging.
In regards to his educational background, Dr. Bhatti graduated with his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He then went on to complete his internship, residency in internal medicine, and fellowship in gastroenterology at the same educational venue. He completed an additional fellowship in both gastroenterology and hepatology at Pennsylvania State University.
A member of the American Gastroenterological Association, the doctor is board-certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
